Horoshop: from XLSX to import
Upload an export with product links, generate content and update your store using the original articles.

Step by step

Prepare your Horoshop export
Export the products you need as XLSX. The first row must contain article and URL columns: «Артикул» and «Посилання» (URL and «Ссылка» are also accepted). Links must point to accessible product pages. Rows without a usable URL are excluded.

Choose Horoshop and upload
Select Horoshop in the dashboard. Choose Ukrainian or Ukrainian + Russian output, and a description style: Classic, Editorial, Soft or Cards. The interface language does not select the content language.

Start the job and wait
The job generates titles, descriptions, H1, HTML title, meta description and keywords. FAQ may be included in the description when supported by source facts; this XLSX has no separate ALT field. Russian content is localized from validated Ukrainian. Processing time depends on catalog size and page availability.

Review the XLSX and report
Download the result from your job history. Review the text and the “Not processed” report. Service columns Status and Warnings are removed from the import sheet; failed rows are excluded. Correct their source before retrying.

Import updates by article
Map the result columns to the Horoshop fields. Update existing products by article and leave products absent from the file unchanged. Open the product pages after a small test import.
Review the result
Wait for the job to finish in your history. Review the generated text and the available “Not processed” report, which lists identifiers and reasons for skipped or failed items. A downloadable file does not mean every product was updated.

- The failed row is not ready content for import.
Import checklist
- For easier review, split large catalogs into batches of up to 500 SKUs. This is a recommendation, not a format limit.
- Use the Horoshop CSS snippet in your dashboard for styled descriptions. Check the result in your store theme.
- Processing the XLSX does not require store admin access or API keys.
