Telegram: from channel to Horoshop
Turn posts from the connected channel into products and variants in a Horoshop XLSX. Access depends on account configuration.

Step by step

Arrange channel access
The dashboard has no self-service channel connection screen. Import is currently available only to accounts whose channel we have configured. Use Uplify’s contacts page to ask about access. Once configured, your dashboard shows “Завантажити нові товари з Telegram” (import new products from Telegram).

Choose the date range
Open Telegram import. Choose posts since the last run or a date range. Enter From as dd.mm.yyyy and optionally To. The entire To day is included in Kyiv time; leave it empty for posts up to now. Set the starting model number.

Preview before starting
Click “Переглянути кількість” (preview count). Check the period, count, cost and “Потребує перевірки” (needs review) list. Refresh the preview after changing dates or the model number. Then click “Почати обробку” (start processing).

Download the XLSX and report
The result appears in job history: a Horoshop workbook with UA/RU titles, descriptions and SEO fields, plus prices and sizes from verified post data. Each size has its own model-size article. The whole group’s parent article points to its first existing variant, which is also present in the file.

Check photos and import before expiry
The result may contain temporary photo URLs. Default retention is 7 days; check the exact expiry shown on the job. Import before that time and confirm Horoshop has downloaded the photos. Deleting the job also deletes its hosted photos.
Review the result
Wait for the job to finish in your history. Review the generated text and the available “Not processed” report, which lists identifiers and reasons for skipped or failed items. A downloadable file does not mean every product was updated.
Import checklist
- Failed or incomplete posts do not become ready products. Download the “Not processed” report, review the reason and post link, and handle those products separately.
- Photos help recognition but do not guarantee a successful export. If photo hosting is unavailable, review the warning and add photos yourself.
- Check categories, prices, sizes, parent articles and photos before import. This creates a Horoshop product file; it does not import into Telegram or continuously synchronize the channel.
